Two companies joining strengthens a global broadband video leadership position

eventIS, the Eindhoven-based Video on Demand (VoD) solution specialist, announced today that it has been acquired by SeaChange International, creating a global software leadership presence in linear and on demand software and solutions. SeaChange International, (NASDAQ: SEAC), headquartered in Acton, MA. USA, is the leading provider of software applications, services and solutions for the management, monetization and delivery of broadband video services.
